Looking to crush your health and fitness goals this year? Livehealthy is all over it. Join us at the Livehealthy Festival 2021 which begins on January 17 with a Week of Wellness, culminating on January 22 with a full day of back-to-back webinars and live online fitness and yoga sessions.
The 2021 edition of the Festival will focus on the theme of “Your Immunity,” emphasizing the need for a holistic approach to immunity through an emphasis on fitness, wellness and healthy habits. As with the previous Festival, the 2021 edition will introduce new trends in getting fit, staying healthy, and remaining mindful.
