The third meal in our #5dayWeqayaChallenge is a snack, Honey Roasted Pumpkin Seeds. Pumpkin seeds are known to be high in protein, heart-healthy fat and magnesium – which helps you sleep better. This simple snack is great for munching in between meals or as an addition to most breakfasts.
Method
- Pour the pumpkin seeds into a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the salt and paprika over the pumpkin seeds. The actual amount of paprika used is according to individual taste.
- Drizzle the honey over the seeds and spices.
- Mix until the seeds are entirely coated.
- Enjoy!
