Every UAE-based fitness fanatic is about to enter their favourite time of year. The Dubai Fitness Challenge 2023 is now just days away, and we have a whole month of fun sports, sweaty workouts and epic races to look forward to.

What is the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30?

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is a month-long celebration of fitness and wellness.

Starting on October 28 and concluding on November 26, it is centred around one simple yet effective task – to complete 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days. The 30×30 challenge is open to everyone, including people of ages, and all fitness levels.

Launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, the challenge is now in its seventh year.

The momentum and buzz around the movement continues to increase with each passing year. To date, over 2.2 million people have taken part.
