Away from the Instagrammable corners, FLO always deliver a satisfying burn. A hippy-chic yoga studio, spa and vegan café all rolled into one, Seven Wellness offers a diverse array of yoga classes, all taught by excellent teachers. Regular special events include alternative therapies such as Ayurveda wellness, foot therapy, chakra balancing and more interesting topics. The view over the mangroves from the studio’s wide window is tremendous, and the café has a buzzing waterfront terrace decked out with stylish, upcycled furniture. Once you discover that you can enjoy three, very high-quality, hour-long yoga sessions a week for no cost at all at The Galleria Mall, you will find it extremely difficult to pay for yoga ever again. Taking place on one of the bridges that links ADGM to the shopping mall, you can enjoy lovely views of the city through the floor-to-ceiling windows while you start your day with an invigorating flow. A truly inclusive and community spirited event, it’s refreshingly down-to-earth and welcoming to all. Two instructors share the sessions between them, and both bring their own unique style and equally excellent tuition. A positive and sociable way to start the day, you’re perfectly positioned for a post-yoga coffee at one of the mall’s many cafes afterwards. Or, if you have little ones, it also runs a complimentary mum and child yoga session every Saturday.
